BASIS Benbrook Aviators Pitch In at Trash Bash.

BASIS Benbrook students traded the classroom for trash bags Saturday morning, joining neighbors for a little hands-on work around the community.

The school’s Aviators volunteered during Benbrook’s Trash Bash, spreading out with bags in hand to pick up litter and help clean areas around the community, including along the water.

The effort gave students a chance to spend part of their Saturday serving the city they call home, alongside other volunteers doing the same.

“Trash Bash was a success!” the school shared after the cleanup.

For the Aviators, it was a morning spent getting dirty, filling bags, and leaving a small piece of Benbrook cleaner than they found it.
