Big Changes Brewing in Benbrook.

If you’ve driven past the corner of Sproles and US 377 lately, you’ve seen it.

The long-standing Valero gas station is officially gone. For decades, that spot has held everything from corner stores to car washes, but now it’s making way for something entirely different.

In just a few days, crews cleared the lot, tearing out pumps, underground tanks, and even the car wash.

What’s next? A brand-new 7 Brew Coffee is coming to Benbrook.

This is just one of several changes reshaping the area. Between new restaurants, refreshed services, and a fresh brew on the way, Benbrook’s getting a bit of a glow-up. Stay tuned.
