Benbrook’s little foodies are about to turn up the heat. From July 21 to July 24, the Benbrook Community Center YMCA is hosting a Cooking Camp just for kids ages 8 to 12.
This four-day culinary crash course runs from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. each afternoon, providing young chefs with hands-on experience in chopping, cooking, and baking. They’ll craft their lunches and finish the week by showing off their kitchen skills to family and friends.
Camp registration costs between $125 and $175, depending on membership status, and space is limited. Whether your kid’s already whipping up waffles or just learning to boil water, this camp is designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and a whole lot of fun.
