Benbrook Middle-High Makes FWISD History With an A Rating.

There was plenty to smile about at Benbrook Middle-High School after the latest Texas school ratings became official.

According to BMHS Assistant Principal Robby Ball, the Bobcats earned an A rating for the 2025-26 school year, becoming the first comprehensive high school in Fort Worth ISD history to earn an A-rated campus designation.

For Ball, the achievement belongs to far more than those inside the school building.

“Our staff and students have earned this amazing rating,” Ball shared, thanking the community, friends, teachers, and others who helped along the way.

The milestone adds another chapter to BMHS history and gives students, teachers, administrators and families something worth celebrating as a new school year gets underway.

“Proud to lead and be an administrator at this amazing school,” Ball said.

For Benbrook, it’s a hometown accomplishment years in the making. The Bobcats didn’t just earn an A. They made a little FWISD history along the way.
