A new memory care community in Fort Worth is looking for compassionate caregivers to help shape its culture from day one.
Serenity View Assisted Living & Memory Care is currently hiring members of its founding caregiving team as it prepares to serve residents in a boutique, physician-led environment designed around personalized care.
The community will accommodate just 16 residents and maintain a 4-to-1 resident-to-caregiver ratio, a model intended to provide more individualized attention and support.
Open positions include Resident Care Associate (RCA), Resident Medication Associate (RMA), and Resident Care Concierge (RCC). Pay ranges from $17.50 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and responsibilities. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.
