BENBROOK, TX — Antonio “Tony” Rodriguez, a longtime Benbrook resident, veteran, and dedicated community servant, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2026, surrounded by family.
Rodriguez devoted nearly three decades to military service, serving three years in the U.S. Army followed by 25 years in the U.S. Air Force. Those who knew him remember a man marked by dedication, integrity, and a commitment to helping others.
Beyond his military career, Rodriguez faithfully served for many years as a hospitality minister at St. Andrew Catholic Church, where he welcomed and encouraged fellow parishioners. Family and friends describe him as a mentor whose character and values left a lasting impact on those around him.
