A local farm just south of Benbrook is inviting neighbors to slow down for an afternoon of learning, conversation, and homemade flavor.
Stone’s Throw Farm Co. will host a hands-on class on Saturday, March 28, from 2 to 4 pm, where participants can learn how to make pickles and jams from scratch. The class will be led by Trish Stone and held at the farm’s store location.
Along the way, guests will have the chance to meet new people, enjoy a few snacks, and leave with two jars of freshly made pickles and jam. The class costs $45 per person and space is limited.
Stone’s Throw Farm Co. is known for bringing the community together through simple experiences rooted in food, learning, and connection. Events like this offer a chance to pick up a useful skill while spending a relaxed afternoon with neighbors.
Residents who would like to attend can reserve a spot by messaging the farm or visiting StonesThrowFarmCo.org.
