The season of giving is in full swing, and the Benbrook Police Department is once again stepping in to help local families who could use a little extra support this month.
Benbrook Church of Christ shared its thanks to the department for both its service and its reminder to shop with others in mind during the holidays. Officers are collecting donations now through December 11, making it easy for residents to lend a hand.
If you would like to give, you can drop off items at the Benbrook Walmart today or deliver them directly to police headquarters anytime before the deadline.
A small gesture can make a big difference for a neighbor this season.
