Starting a new school year is a little easier with a chance to meet new friends.
The Westpark PTA is inviting incoming Pre-K and Kindergarten students and their families to Popsicles at the Playground on Saturday, Aug. 8, from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Westpark playground.
The casual meet-and-greet gives young students an opportunity to play together before the first day of school while parents connect with other families. After the gathering, families are invited to stay for a school tour.
If your child is starting Pre-K or kindergarten at Westpark this fall, it’s a fun way to get familiar with the campus and kick off the school year with a sweet treat.
