Western Hills High School celebrated a proud moment at its recent awards presentation as senior Brycen Foster received the William Flores Memorial Scholarship.
The honor was a surprise to both the presenter and Brycen himself, making the moment all the more special. When a family member couldn’t make it, a close family friend stepped in to do the honors. Just before stepping up, they learned who the recipient would be and were thrilled to recognize someone so deserving. Brycen’s brother made it just in time to witness the celebration, adding a heartfelt touch to the already memorable occasion.
Congratulations to Brycen, whose hard work and character continue to shine.
