Western Hills’ Richardson Up for Star-Telegram Player of the Week Nomination.

After a big night on the ground helped Western Hills knock off Dunbar, Ashton Richardson has a chance to add another win to the week.

The Western Hills running back has been nominated for the Star-Telegram’s Week 5 Fort Worth-area Football Player of the Week after rushing for 233 yards on 22 carries, averaging 10.6 yards per attempt and scoring a touchdown in the Cougars’ 31-25 win over Dunbar. Richardson also added a five-yard reception.

Now Cougar fans can help him finish the job.
