Benbrook is beaming with pride as Western Hills High School’s own Laine Hammer has officially been named the 2024–2025 District 7-4A Goalkeeper of the Year.
A senior standout, Laine’s season stats speak volumes—76 total saves, 7 shutouts, and 21 clutch one-on-one stops. Her fearless performance in the net made her a force to be reckoned with and a clear standout in the district.
As she wraps up her high school soccer journey, Laine leaves big shoes to fill and a lasting legacy. Congrats to Laine on an incredible season and a well-earned honor. All of Benbrook is cheering you on in your next chapter.
