The Western Hills High School Choir turned a whole day into a meaningful one, carrying holiday music from classrooms to care communities across Benbrook.
Their day began with performances at Waverly Park Elementary, Luella Merritt Elementary, and Leonard Middle School, sharing festive songs with younger students and staff throughout the school pyramid.
After a quick refuel at CiCis Pizza, the choir kept going, bringing music and smiles to residents at Ridgmar Place Retirement Community and Ridgmar Medical Lodge.
The day reflected more than a busy schedule. It showed how music connects generations and how students can serve their community in simple but powerful ways.
Benbrook residents will have another chance to enjoy their holiday program on Tuesday, December 16 at 7 pm at First Baptist Church in Benbrook. It promises to be a warm, joyful evening that captures the heart of the season.
