Western Hills Choir Earns All-Region Honors.

Months of rehearsal came down to an audition room, and several Western Hills High School singers are moving forward.

Following the recent All-Region Choir auditions, Lindsey F., Ryan M., Gabriel Z., Emmanuel V., Dakota C. and Daniel P. earned spots in the All-Region Mixed Choir and will advance to Round 2. Ryan led the WHHS results with a second-chair tenor finish, followed by Lindsey with seventh-chair alto.

Jenay M., Jude C., Sky E., Annabelle R. and Ladera S. also earned recognition and will sing in the Treble Honor Choir.

Several other Cougar Choir students stepped into the audition room and represented Western Hills, including Leslie B., Tania S., Jayla T., Yzabella A., Malachi H., Diego G., Sebastian L. and Omar S.

For the students moving on, another round of auditions awaits. For the entire group, simply getting to this point meant putting their preparation on the line and singing when it counted.
