A little competition, a few bragging rights, and a growing prize pot continue to make Thursday nights a favorite gathering spot at Benbrook Par 3 Golf Course.
The latest weekly golf scramble wrapped up with plenty of winners and plenty of laughs. Lauren claimed the Closest-to-the-Pin Chipping Challenge, while the scramble prize pot has now climbed to more than $500, giving players even more reason to return next week.
The evening also featured one of the course’s popular “losers games,” where luck can be just as important as skill. Cameron earned a free round in next week’s scramble after his card was selected by young Emmitt. Another contest took a creative turn with a disc golf challenge, where Sydney came away victorious, earning a win for both herself and her partner.
The weekly scramble has become a chance for friends, families, and neighbors to spend time together, enjoy some friendly competition, and build community one round at a time.
With the prize pot growing and new games each week, the next scramble is already shaping up to be another fun night on the course.
