The Sour Boule’s Best-Kept Secret Uncovered.

Benbrook locals, it’s time to let you in on something crave-worthy.

The Sour Boule, tucked just off Southwest Boulevard, is flipping the script after 4 p.m. on Thursdays through Sundays. What’s typically known for artisan bread and cozy daytime bites now shifts gears into full-on dinner mode with a small, tightly curated menu that packs serious flavor.

First up, the Boule Royalty. Imagine their signature sourdough bun loaded with a juicy burger patty, truffle aioli, tomato jam, arugula, bacon, and house-pickled veggies. It’s rich, it’s layered, and it’s worth slowing down for. Pair it with Monica’s Golden Roots, a side of roasted carrots glazed with honey and thyme.

Feeling cozy? We Were On A Pasta! is their spin on comfort food, featuring fresh sourdough pasta swimming in a bold meat sauce, topped with Parmesan, and flanked by rosemary garlic sourdough. It’s a warm hug on a plate.

And for something a little lighter but still packed with flavor, Pivotal Beets brings a burst of color with roasted beets, goat cheese, candied pecans, tomatoes, and honey-balsamic over greens. It’s fresh, a little fancy, and completely satisfying.

The daytime menu remains unchanged, but these after-hours dishes are a reason to linger a little longer. If you haven’t had a taste yet, now’s the time.

Find them at 3801 Southwest Blvd in Fort Worth. Kitchen closes at 9pm Thursday through Sunday. Order online at thesourboule.com.
