STRIVE Brokers Sale of Fully Leased Industrial Flex Building in Benbrook.

BENBROOK, TEXAS — STRIVE, a locally based brokerage firm, has successfully arranged the sale of the 31,393-square-foot Spectrum Flex Building in Benbrook, a suburb southwest of Fort Worth.

Built in 1982, the industrial flex property was fully leased at the time of sale, according to Crexi. Parker Tims of STRIVE brokered the deal, though the buyer and seller remain undisclosed.
