Star Party Headlines a Busy Week at Benbrook Library.

The stars won’t be the only attraction at the Benbrook Public Library next week, but they may be the brightest.

As part of its Summer Reading Program, the library is hosting a family-friendly Star Party on Thursday, June 26, from 8:30 to 10 p.m. The evening event invites residents of all ages to gather and learn more about the universe, making it a perfect way to spend a summer night with family and friends.

The Star Party is one of several activities planned during the week of June 22-27. Other featured events include Move & Shake, Preschool Storytime, Bilingual Storytime, Dino Discovery Lab, Friendship Bracelets for teens, Science Heroes: Digging It!, a Space Party for young children, and K-Pop Café for ages 12 and older.

The Benbrook Public Library, located at 1065 Mercedes St., continues to offer a wide range of free educational and recreational programs throughout the summer for children, teens, adults, and families.

For a full schedule of events, visit Benbrook Public Library Events Calendar or learn more at Benbrook Public Library. Additional information is available by calling 817-249-6632.

Whether your interests are dinosaurs, books, K-Pop, science, or the night sky, there’s something on the calendar for nearly every age group this week in Benbrook.
