Concerns over dust control continue to stir frustration among residents near Timberline Drive in Benbrook.

According to local resident Whitney Hughes, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) contacted developer Scott Sandlin to remind him that water trucks must be used to manage construction dust. Hughes also noted that Sandlin reportedly plans to install a dust suppression fence along the roadway.

Residents, however, remain skeptical after weeks of what they describe as unfulfilled promises. Some have expressed doubt that any meaningful action will be taken soon, pointing to ongoing issues that have persisted despite multiple complaints.

The development along Timberline has been a frequent topic of neighborhood discussion, with residents calling for greater accountability and visible solutions to reduce dust and debris impacting nearby homes.
