The request seeks to change the property’s zoning from C PD, a multiple-family planned development designation, to A PD, a one-family planned development.

The applicant is Evolving Texas LLC, with Ron Ramirez listed as the contact, yet the project is associated with Corey Waldrop.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers at the Benbrook Municipal Complex, 911 Winscott Road. Residents may speak during the hearing.
