Ramp Closure Alert Causes Delays on Loop 820.

Drivers heading northwest of Benbrook should plan for delays this morning.

At 5:30 a.m., Fort Worth officials report that the ramp from northbound Loop 820 to westbound I-30 is currently closed while crews assist a stranded motorist.

The closure is causing backups in the area, and motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes until the situation is cleared. No estimate has been given for when the ramp will reopen.
