BENBROOK, TX – Melba Joyce Copeland, 86, of Fort Worth, passed away on August 25, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Surrounded by her devoted daughters, she entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior with peace and grace.
Known affectionately as Joyce, she was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and longtime nanny. Her humor and quick wit brightened countless lives, and her greatest joy came from spending time with her family. Those who knew her will remember both her warmth and her steadfast love for those closest to her.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Winscott Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook, TX.
