BENBROOK, TX – The Benbrook community is mourning the passing of John Forrest Tierce, who died peacefully on September 12, 2025, at the age of 83.
Tierce was more than a devoted husband, father, stepfather, brother, neighbor, and friend—he was a man whose wisdom and steady presence left a meaningful imprint on everyone he encountered. Friends and family recall not only his professional achievements but also the warmth, strength, and joy he carried into every interaction.
