BENBROOK, Texas. Bruce Aaron Arthurs, a longtime area resident remembered for his faith, humor and willingness to help others, died unexpectedly July 31 in Fort Worth. He was 64.
Arthurs graduated from Western Hills High School in 1979 and later attended the University of Texas at Arlington.
Those who knew him remember a man whose faith shaped the way he treated people. He loved the Lord, made friends easily and was quick to lend a hand when someone needed it. His positive outlook, laughter and one-of-a-kind sense of humor left a lasting impression on those around him.
An informal Celebration of Life is planned for October, with details to be announced once arrangements are finalized.
