New Tool Gives Benbrook Residents a Clearer View of Growth.

The city has launched Benbrook at a Glance, an upgraded public dashboard designed to track development across the community in a more interactive way. It builds on what was previously known as Real Dirt, offering a clearer look at what is active, what is planned, and what is coming next.

The map highlights key activity across the city, including new commercial construction, remodels, rezoning requests, subdivision projects, and capital improvements. For residents, it creates a simple way to stay informed without having to search in multiple places.

It is a practical step toward transparency, helping people better understand how their community is growing and where changes are taking shape.
