Benbrook residents, there’s a cozy new spot in town worth checking out—Benbrook Tea and Wellness, now open across from the Benbrook Public Library at 971 Winscott Rd.
Founded by longtime local Karen Henderson, the shop was born out of a desire for connection during the pandemic. The space invites the community to slow down and reconnect over teas, coffees, and good conversation. While this week marks a soft opening, the menu already features a variety of beverages, with more offerings likely to come.
Beyond drinks, the heart of the shop lies in its Wellness Room—a peaceful haven offering daily sessions in meditation, breathing techniques, stretching, and other gentle practices to help restore balance in body and mind.
