Tuesday morning brought heavy delays for drivers on I-20 Westbound near Fort Worth. A single-vehicle crash occurred just before 8 a.m., causing significant backups. Some reports also mentioned debris on the road, adding to the hold-up.
Traffic on I-30 after the split was also slow, stretching back to 820. By 8:55 a.m., I-30 started moving again, but I-20 remained congested. Fortunately, the delays cleared by 9:20 a.m.
If you’re heading this way during rush hour, it’s a good idea to check traffic updates and allow extra travel time.
