Benbrook police were active in the early morning hours after a juvenile was taken into custody following a brief foot pursuit near a local school.
According to a social media post by photojournalist Michael Beard, the incident unfolded when the juvenile was spotted spray-painting the front of a school. Officers with the Benbrook Police Department responded quickly and detained the suspect after a short chase.
