Young entrepreneurs will get a place to showcase their ideas this weekend as Girls Inc. of Tarrant County celebrates Day of the Girl.
The organization will host its EmpowerHER Marketplace on Sunday, Oct. 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens, 3408 West Freeway.
The marketplace invites families to shop, support young entrepreneurs, and connect with the community. This year’s theme, “Rooted In Her: Watch Her Bloom,” also comes during Girls Inc. of Tarrant County’s 50th year of serving local girls.
The event is open to the public, and all ages are welcome.
