On Saturday, March 7, Trinity Park will once again fill with runners, walkers, families, and supporters rallying around a cause that touches many lives.
The annual Get Your Rear in Gear Fort Worth 5K benefits the Colon Cancer Coalition and supports local efforts in screening, education, research, and patient support.
The event is family-friendly and welcomes kids and even dogs, making it an easy way to spend a meaningful morning outdoors near the duck pond while giving back.
Organizers are currently seeking volunteers, participants, and donors. It is a great opportunity for high school students who need volunteer hours, as well as anyone looking to invest time in something that serves the broader community.
