Benbrook’s go-to spot for snow cones just got wheels. Funky Town Freeze, already a local favorite at its stand on Winscott Road, has launched a mobile truck to bring frosty treats directly to neighborhoods and community events.
On Sunday, September 7, the truck made its debut with a busy schedule. It served fans at the Church at Benbrook parking lot until 8 p.m., stopped by Benbrook Middle-High School for the Meet Cosmos FC event, and then cruised through Bomber Heights offering cool refreshment on the go.
The truck adds a new way for families to enjoy Funky Town Freeze, especially on weekends when the sound of its arrival will be a welcome call for something cold and sweet. Whether at the stand or curbside, the snow cones continue to bring a burst of flavor to Benbrook’s Sundays.
