Fort Worth Police Beat Updates.

Cities grow, and with that growth comes a change in how police officers are assigned to serve neighborhoods.

As of August 9, the Fort Worth Police Department has redrawn some of its beat boundaries to reflect population shifts better. For most areas, the updates are minor, but in spots like far Northwest Fort Worth, the changes are more noticeable.

If you are unsure who your Neighborhood Patrol Officer is, finding out takes just a minute. Visit the city’s OneAddress tool, type in your street address, hit search, then click the plus sign beside “Neighborhoods.” Your NPO’s name and phone number will appear.

The department also encourages residents to watch community spaces like Facebook and Nextdoor for upcoming gatherings where you can meet newly assigned officers. It is a simple way to put a face to the badge and strengthen connections between neighbors and the people who protect them.
