Avery Glanzer is already making her mark in college golf, just months after graduating from Benbrook Middle-High School.
The former Lady Bobcat standout and state golf champion, a member of Benbrook’s Class of 2026, has been named the Southland Conference Women’s Golfer of the Week while competing for the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV).
The Southland Conference announced the recognition on social media, celebrating Glanzer’s performance as she begins the next chapter of her golf career.
Not bad for a former Lady Bobcat who’s only a few months into her college golf career.
