Yesterday afternoon, something extraordinary appeared as an unexpected downpour swept through Benbrook and the surrounding areas.
It was just after 2 p.m., and the warm Texas winter weather had me ready to stretch my legs for a quick walk through the neighborhood. But nature had other plans. As raindrops began to fall, I headed back inside, waiting for the skies to clear. The rain lingered longer than I expected, and soon, it was time to pick up the kids from school.
That’s when I saw it—a dazzling December rainbow—stretching from one side of Benbrook to the other.
