Last week turned into the perfect moment for service as 445 food bags were assembled for future and current Western Hills High School Cougars.
With support from Child Care Associates employees, the work moved quickly and with purpose, but the real engine behind the effort was the students themselves.
Cougars and Lady Cougars handled the heavy lifting, kept food stations stocked, helped volunteers stay on pace, and made sure extra supplies were returned to Cougar Corner. It was a full team effort that showed what happens when students and community partners step up together.
A big thank you goes to Willie Rankin and the Child Care Associates team, along with every student who gave their time and energy to serve others. Moments like this are a reminder that pride in Western Hills goes well beyond the classroom.
