A growing number of Benbrook residents are voicing concerns about a man identified as David McKnight, who is associated with a business called Dave’s A Plus Termite & Rodent.

Reports claim McKnight has been posting inappropriate photos of women without their consent on his business page and, in some cases, directly contacting residents in threatening ways.

Several women have stated that the photos appear to have been taken in public places, such as restaurants, without their consent. Others allege that McKnight has escalated his behavior by making phone calls, posting personal information online, and even issuing threats.

While the Benbrook Police Department has so far informed residents that there is little they can do, frustration is mounting among community members who feel that action is overdue.

The concerns extend beyond online behavior, with residents alarmed by the possibility that someone with access to their homes through pest control services might behave in this way. Some have already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, where the business appears to have a verified presence.

Residents are calling on one another to file formal reports with the Benbrook Police Department and not let the issue go unaddressed.
