The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office has filed charges against Orbin Zelaya Aguilar in connection with a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 1187 that left four people dead, including an unborn child. The collision occurred around 8:20 p.m. on September 1 in the 8700 block of the highway.
Zelaya Aguilar now faces four counts of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and two counts of intoxication assault with a vehicle. Authorities describe the incident as both heartbreaking and preventable, pointing to impaired driving as the cause.
