Dinner plans in Benbrook just got a little easier.
Residents are invited to swing by Album Benbrook on Thursday, June 11, from 5 to 8 p.m. as Uncle Mike’s Kitchen & Catering rolls in for an evening of food truck favorites and neighborhood gathering.
The menu is packed with comfort food staples, including smash burgers, BBQ bacon cheddar burgers, mushroom Swiss burgers, sticky ribs, boneless wings, shrimp, sandwiches, and fresh lemonade. Whether you are craving something smoky, spicy, or stacked high with toppings, there is a little bit of everything on the menu.
Organizers say the event is open to everyone, not just residents of the 55+ community, and they are hoping to welcome plenty of new faces from around Benbrook.
For many families, weeknight food truck events have become an easy excuse to skip the dishes, grab dinner outside, and spend time catching up with neighbors instead of standing over the stove.
