Benbrook’s baseball team didn’t waste time picking up where they left off.
Just days after a 16-0 win over Eastern Hills, the Bobcats returned to the field Thursday night and delivered another strong performance, shutting out the Highlanders 7-0.
The result moves the Bobcats to 8-0 in district play, holding firm in first place. Overall, the team is now 15-8-1 as the regular season continues.
With consistent scoring and steady play on both sides of the ball, the Bobcats head into their next district matchup still unbeaten and in control of the standings.
