Some student-athletes leave their mark on one season. McKinzie “Kinzie” Brookshier has spent four years making school history.

The Benbrook Middle-High School senior recently earned UCA All-American honors for the fourth consecutive year, becoming the first cheerleader in school history to receive the recognition all four years of high school.

The honor came during Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) Cheer Camp, where squads spend several days sharpening stunt techniques, improving game day routines, developing leadership skills, and emphasizing cheer safety.

Brookshier’s success extends well beyond this year’s accomplishment. In previous years, she earned the Pin It Forward Award, recognizing leadership and positive spirit, while helping lead both the JV and varsity cheer squads to Blue Ribbon camp evaluations and overall spirit stick honors.

If her name sounds familiar, it’s because Brookshier wears many hats at Benbrook Middle-High School. She serves as a captain for both the cheer and basketball teams, competes in softball, excels in the classroom, and gives back through volunteer service across the Benbrook community.

As Brookshier begins her senior year, she continues to add to a legacy of leadership, character, and consistency that extends far beyond athletics.

Congratulations to Kinzie on another remarkable achievement, and best wishes for a memorable senior year.
