Benbrook residents are invited to bring their appetites and their neighbors to the Fall Fish Fry Dinner this Friday, November 15, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Benbrook Memorial VFW Post 10429, located at 1000 Stevens Drive.
The menu is a southern classic—crispy fish, golden fries, creamy coleslaw, and hushpuppies that locals say are worth the trip alone. Plates are $15 per person or $25 for all-you-can-eat, perfect for anyone who believes one serving just isn’t enough.
The canteen will also be open, offering cold drinks at friendly prices. Sponsored by the VFW Auxiliary, the event is open to the entire community, whether or not you’re a member.
