Benbrook residents and their furry, feathered, and scaly friends are invited to gather for the annual Blessing of the Pets on Saturday, October 11, at 10 a.m.
The event will take place at Dr. Jerry Dittrich Park, next to Benbrook United Methodist Church at 1122 Bryant Street.
It’s a morning filled with community spirit, where pets of all kinds receive special blessings and families can enjoy a photo booth, treats, and lighthearted fun. The gathering celebrates the bond between people and their animals while offering a chance to meet neighbors and share stories about the pets that bring joy to daily life.
Everyone is welcome to attend, so grab a leash, carrier, or bowl of kibble and head to the park for this feel-good Benbrook tradition.
