BENBROOK, TX — Plans for one of the city’s family-friendly events have been put on hold.
The City of Benbrook announced shortly after 4 p.m. that the Touch-A-Truck event scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2026, has been canceled due to weather concerns. The event, which typically draws families and young kids eager to explore city vehicles up close, will be rescheduled.
City officials say a new date will be shared as soon as it is confirmed.
For now, residents are encouraged to stay tuned for updates and reach out with any questions by calling 817-249-6008.
It is a short pause for an event many look forward to, with plans already in motion to bring it back when conditions allow.
