A little friendly competition and community spirit were on full display last week at the annual Chamber Golf Tournament at Ridglea Country Club, where the team from Benbrook Par 3 Golf Course played their way to a second-place finish.
The strong showing marked another proud moment for the local golf course team, which remains a familiar part of the Benbrook community both on and off the course.
Tournament organizers and participants gathered for a day filled with networking, laughter, and plenty of golf, all while supporting local business relationships through the Chamber event.
Although one longtime participant shared they had to miss this year’s tournament due to a family emergency involving their father, the message to the community remained hopeful and appreciative.
For the Benbrook Par 3 team, the second-place finish made this year’s event one worth celebrating and already gave the community something to look forward to next year.
