A pack of diapers your child has outgrown could be exactly what another Benbrook family needs.
In recognition of National Diaper Need Awareness Week, the Benbrook Public Library is hosting a community diaper exchange throughout the week of Sept. 14 through 19.
The idea is simple. Families can bring unused diapers they no longer need and add them to the exchange table. Those who need diapers are welcome to take what they can use.
The exchange is available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Benbrook Public Library, 1065 Mercedes St.
While stopping by, families can also find a full week of library activities, including storytimes, Explore and Play, Book Babies, Lego Build Club and Friday’s Storytime Yoga.
