The City of Benbrook is calling on residents who want to shape the community’s future to apply for open seats on several city boards and commissions. These groups play a crucial role in shaping growth, recreation, and economic opportunities throughout the town.
Open positions are available as follows:
- Planning and Zoning Commission
- Zoning Board of Adjustment/Appeals Commission
- Parks and Recreation Board
- Benbrook Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors.
Each offers citizens the opportunity to directly influence decisions that impact neighborhoods, parks, businesses, and the city’s overall direction.
Applications are due by November 3, 2025, and can be found at Benbrook City Hall, 911 Winscott Road, or online at ci.benbrook.tx.us/114/Boards-Commission.
