The Benbrook Band Boosters are keeping both spirits and energy high this month with a full lineup of meals and events to support local middle and high school band students during a busy competition and performance season.
This week kicks off with Costco pizza on Monday, October 6, served between school and the UIL Benchmark performance. On Friday, October 10, students are encouraged to eat at home before call time, with snacks provided during the third quarter of the game.
Saturday, October 11 will follow last competition’s winning formula, starting with a light breakfast after rehearsal and a sandwich bar lunch at the competition. The following week, Friday, October 17, students will enjoy Braum’s burgers and fruit before heading out for the game.
Capping it all off, the Second Annual Band Cookout is set for Saturday, October 18, before the group departs for UIL. More details and sign-ups will be available soon.
