Longtime Benbrook resident Keith Tiner is seeking re-election to City Council Place 7, bringing with him nearly two decades of community involvement and a deep commitment to the city he calls home.
Tiner has lived in Benbrook since 2006, first in the Hills of Whitestone neighborhood, where he served two years on the HOA board, and now in Whitestone Crest, where he continues to stay active with local residents. He and his wife, Samantha, are raising two daughters involved in everything from dance and band to soccer and musical theatre.
Professionally, Tiner works as a systems analyst for Northrop Grumman, supporting financial systems. He says the company’s values—doing the right thing, keeping promises, and striving for shared success—mirror his approach to public service.
Having served six years with the city, including two years on the Economic Development Corporation and four years on City Council, Tiner’s focus remains clear: ensuring Benbrook continues to be a safe, vibrant, and connected community for all residents.
