Benbrook Aids Quick Response Contained House Fire in White Settlement.

A fire broke out earlier this week in the 600 block of Walter Court in White Settlement.

Thanks to the swift action of the White Settlement Fire Department and its mutual aid partners, including the Benbrook, Lake Worth, Lockheed Martin, and NAS JRB Fort Worth fire departments, the damage was quickly contained.

Crews managed to isolate the fire to the laundry room and hallway. During a primary search, the Lake Worth Fire Department rescued a dog from the home and provided oxygen on-site. The dog is expected to make a full recovery.

No injuries or fatalities were reported.
