Benbrook Public Library cardholders can access homework help, SAT and ACT preparation, and career assistance at no cost through Tutor.com. The online tutoring service is now offering two introductory webinars to help residents make the most of these resources.
The first webinar, Understanding Tutor.com, introduces nearly 250 tutoring subjects, explains how to connect with a tutor, and highlights resources for students, adults, and job seekers.
The second, Navigating Test Prep with Tutor.com, focuses on free SAT and ACT preparation resources that could save families hundreds of dollars in test preparation costs.
Each webinar offers three scheduling options, and participants can ask questions during the sessions. Those unable to attend can still register to receive a recording afterward.
Residents can register for Understanding Tutor.com or Navigating Test Prep with Tutor.com.
For Benbrook families looking for extra academic support or adults preparing for their next career move, these free library resources are worth exploring.
